At Perfect India Trip, we follow a transparent and straightforward cancellation policy to avoid any confusion.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
You must send all cancellation requests in writing by email. Please use the same email ID that you used while making the booking. After receiving your request, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email. You must reply to that email to reconfirm your cancellation request. We process cancellations only after receiving this confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of services booked and the cancellation timeline. We calculate refunds according to the policy mentioned below.
Cancellation 45 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel your booking 45 days before the arrival date, you are eligible for a refund of the advance payment. However, we will deduct applicable charges. These charges may include transaction fees, refund processing fees, airline cancellation charges, Indian Railways cancellation charges, and hotel cancellation penalties.
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Arrival
If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the arrival date, we will not issue any refund. In this case, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways. We process refunds only after receiving confirmations from service providers. Cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and transport providers apply separately.
